JOIN THE PTA

Please support Seven Locks Elementary School by joining the PTA. Family membership is $50 and includes 2 votes at all PTA meetings and 2 directories. Directories will be handed out to all paid PTA members at Back to School Night on Sept 20th so we must receive your dues with this form before then.



We are also encouraging a $100 suggested donation per child. Your donation will help fund the school's cultural arts activities, reading incentive program, field trips/assemblies, school events and more. Membership forms were mailed out over the summer. You can return completed forms--along with your check--to the SLES office or mail to the school.
