Book Donation to Rosemont Elementary School's Lending Library

Thanks to everyone who donated books to our Book Swap in April. We were able to bring eight boxes of books over to Linkages to Learning at Rosemont Elementary School! They were most appreciative! We look forward to doing it again next year.

SLES PTA Pennies for Patients Coin Drive

Thanks to the generosity of our Seven Locks families, the SLES PTA Pennies for Patients program was a wonderful success. Our school raised $601.09, exceeding our goal of $600! Your donations will go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for research and local patient services to help children with blood cancers.

The grand total for each classroom is listed below. Many of the children were very interested in how their classes were doing throughout the program. Each classroom has a sheet outside its door that has kept the children updated on their class donations. Particular thanks go to Karen Levin, Roz Renberg and Suzanne Gunther for their help in collecting and counting the coins - and posting the results.
